1. You can only modify your “Master Order”, meaning that all future shipments for the recurring order will reflect the changes you make. Login in and click on "Manage Account". Scroll down to the recurring order you wish to modify.
2. The following changes can be made to your Recurring Master Order:
- Billing address.
- Shipping address.
- Shipping method.
- Shipping interval.
- Add or delete coffees that will ship in all future shipments for the order. (See the section below this list for tips on adding new coffees to a recurring order)
- Quantity and grind of coffee.
- You can put all shipments for the recurring order on hold for as long as you would like (change Recurring Order Status).
3. To add new coffee(s):
- Login and click on "Manage Account".
- Scroll down to the order you wish to modify and click on "Add Items Here".
- To add a new coffee, simply enter the quantity desired in the box next to the name of the coffee and click "Next".
- You will be returned to the "Manage Account" page where you may then select the grind, review the selected quantity and make make any other changes to your recurring order. Remember to click on "Update Recurring Order" to save your changes.
4. Please note the following:
- To finalize any changes you make (EXCEPT ADDING NEW ITEMS or DELETING ITEMS COMPLETELY), you MUST click on "Update Recurring Order" or your changes WILL NOT BE SAVED.
- You may make one or more changes at the same time; you may add items, change item quantities, change grind options, change your shipping and/or billing address information, change your shipping method or any combination thereof. You can also call 800-354-5282 Ext. 6703 to make any of the changes described above.
