General Information about Managing Your Recurring Orders

1. You must have a saved account profile on www.gloriajeans.com in order to manage your recurring orders. If you already have an account, log in.

Click on “Manage Account” - you will see a list of your recurring orders (below your account and address book info) and will be able to view, edit and/or activate/inactivate them. You will be sent an email detailing the changes you make.

2. Other helpful hints:

To add additional items: Locate your recurring order on your "Manage Account" page and click on "Add Items Here" under the Shipping Method Options. Add any additional items and click "Next". You will return to the ""Manage Account" page where you can then select your grind (if applicable).

To change grinds: Locate your recurring order on your "Manage Account" page. Next to each coffee you will see a drop-down box. Click on the arrow on the right side of the box and select your preffered grind. Click "Update Recurring Order" to save your changes. If the item has a quantity of 2 or more and you want each coffee to have a different gring, click on the "Multiple Grinds" button. This will separate your item into two lines allowing you to pick a different grind for each one. Once again, you MUST click on "Update Recurring Order" to save your changes.

To change quantities: Click in the Quantity box and change the number to the desired quantity of the item. Remember to click on "Update Recurring Order" to save your changes.

To remove items: Click on the "Delete" button next to the item you wish to remove from your recurring order. This will remove the item completely regardless of the quantity.

NOTE: To finalize any changes you make (EXCEPT ADDING NEW ITEMS or DELETING ITEMS COMPLETELY), you MUST click on "Update Recurring Order" or your changes WILL NOT BE SAVED.

You may make one or more changes at the same time; you may add items, change item quantities, change grind options, change your selected shipping and/or billing address, change your shipping method or any combination thereof.

3. Terms you will see on the Manage Account page:

Original Recurring Order Number: the original order number of the recurring order – the date the order was created is displayed below the order number.

Shipping Method: the current shipping method selected for the recurring order. To change, simply select a new method and click on the "Update Recurring Order" button. If your recurring order contains multiple baskets, the shipping cost is for the NEXT basket to be shipped.

Next Recurring Ship Date: the date of the next shipment for that recurring order.

Order Gets Shipped Every: the shipment interval selected. To change, simply click on the arrow of the drop down box and select a new interval. Click on the "Update Recurring Order" button to save your changes.

Shipping Address: the shipping address selected. To change, simply click on the arrow of the drop down box and select a new address. The address must already exist in your address book to be selectable. Click on the "Update Recurring Order" button to save your changes.
Billing Address: the billing address selected. To change, simply click on the arrow of the drop down box and select a new address. The address must already exist in your address book AND it MUST have accurate credit card information associated with it for the order to be processed. Click on the "Update Recurring Order" button to save your changes.

Recurring Order Status: Active – indicates that the recurring order is currently active; Inactive – indicates the recurring order is inactive and nothing will ship. To change, simply click on the arrow of the drop down box and select Active or Inactive. Click on the "Update Recurring Order" button to save your changes.

NOTE: Changes made to your recurring order on the Manage Account page WILL NOT BE SAVED unless you click on the "Update Recurring Order" button.
