PLACING AN ORDER
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes. Currently we require you to login to your account to place an order. Having an account has several benefits including giving you the ability to save multiple addresses and payment methods securely. You will also be able to track your current orders and view your order history.
How do I place an order?
Add the coffees and items you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart via the Category or Product page for that item. You will need to select the quantity and click on “Add to Shopping Cart”. All coffees require you to select a “Grind Type” before adding it to your shopping cart. Once you are done browsing, you can view all the items in your Shopping Cart by hovering your mouse over shopping cart button on the top of the site. Click on the “View Cart” button to manage the items in your shopping cart or click on “Express Checkout” to go direct to the secure checkout page and place your order. On the secure Checkout page, you can select an existing shipping address or add a new shipping address. After entering a shipping address, you will then need to choose your preferred shipping method. Once you have selected a shipping method, you will have to verify your billing address and payment method. You can select an existing payment method or add a new payment method. After you have entered all the required information, click on “Place the Order”. Once your order is processed you will get a confirmation page and an email confirmation will also be sent to you.
Can I place an order via phone?
Yes. You can contact our Customer Support team via 877-320-JAVA (5282) Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5PM PST. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and all Major Holidays.
Can I pick up my coffee from your warehouse?
Yes. Our offices and warehouse are located at 14071 Stage Rd in Santa Fe Springs California 90670. Please call Customer Service at 877-320-JAVA to place an order and arrange a pickup. Pickups are allowed from 9AM-4PM PST.
Can I order online and pick up my coffee at a local Gloria Jean’s Coffees coffee house?
Not yet, but our team is working on this feature and it could be available in the near future.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via the following major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Depending on where you live, tax will be added to your shopping cart on the Checkout page. We only collect sales tax as required by law based on the location your order is shipped to.
How do I apply/use a coupon code?
If you received a coupon code via a promotional email or found a valid coupon on the Deals page, then you will need to click “Apply Coupon” in your Shopping Cart. Enter the coupon code and click “Apply”. If you coupon is valid, your discount will be applied to your order. If you have any trouble entering the coupon code or it does not apply the correct discount, please contact Customer Service at 877-320-JAVA (5282).
How do I order more of an item than the website allows?
If the item is in stock, then you have a few options. You can place multiple orders for the specific item or contact Customer Service for large bulk orders. Selecting and adding multiple Grind Types for the same coffee also allows you to order beyond the maximum quantity allowed.
What is a “Grind Type”?
At Gloria Jean’s Coffees, our team will grind your coffee for you based on your preferred method of brewing. Currently you have the option of selecting Whole Bean, Auto-Drip, French Press, Espresso, and My K-Cup® grinds. There is no additional cost for this service.
What is the “My K-Cup® Grind”?
If you own a Kuerig Coffee machine and a My K-Cup® filter, selecting the “My K-Cup® Grind” will allow you to purchase and use ANY of our coffees with your Kuerig machine. This unique and special grind will allow you to add the coffee you ordered to your My K-Cup® filter and brew a cup of your favorite coffee.

Do your coffees contain sugar?
Coffee in its natural and unadulterated state has no measurable sugar. Our flavorings also do not contain sugar.
Does your coffee contain gluten?
Our brewed coffees contain no gluten, gluten by-products; nothing is derived from gluten.
Do your teas contain gluten?
There is no gluten in the extracts that we use; or in any of the teas or herbals.
Do your hot chocolates contain gluten?
All hot chocolate products made under the Gloria Jean’s label are gluten free. Our manufacturer has been making products for individuals with Celiac Disease for over twenty years; they have a dedicated baking and manufacturing facility free of all contamination.
What is the shelf life of your coffee?
Oxygen is the staling agent for coffee. In order to maintain freshness, we package our beans in a one way valve-bag immediately after they are roasted. By using the valve-bags, the beans remain fresh for a year from date of package. Do not freeze or refrigerate the coffee and store it in an airtight container in a cool, dry area.
What is the shelf life of your teas?
Gloria Jean’s tea boxes have a date on the bottom of the box; it is a 4-digit number. This is the production date expressed as a Julian calendar. Take the number 3322 for example. The first number 3 in the sequence stands for the year, so it would be 2003. The next three digits are the days of the year. The 322nd day of the year is Nov 18. The shelf life is 15 months from the manufacture date.
What is the shelf life of your K-cups®?
The shelf life that we place on our K-cups® is a “best by” date for 9 months. The K-Cup® packaging is packaged with less than 1% oxygen through our nitrogen flush process.
Is your coffee Fair-Trade?
Gloria Jean’s Coffees is now offering the largest variety of “Rainforest Alliance Certified” coffees available. Gloria Jean’s partnership with the Rainforest Alliance supports their shared goal of protecting ecosystems where coffees are grown, as well as the people and wildlife that depend on them. Gloria Jean’s believes that of all the causes related to the coffee industry, we believe the Rainforest Alliance serves the greatest good for the most people, both on an individual and community wide level.
