About Subscriptions (Recurring Orders)

What is a Subscription?

A subcription is a recurring order that you can setup for your favorite coffees and have automatic deliveries shipped to your doorstep as often as you would like.

How do I setup a Subscription (Recurring Order)?

While you are browsing the website for your favorite coffees you will notice an “Add to Subscription” button on items that eligble for recurring orders. When you are done browsing, you can manage and setup your Subscription by clicking on the “My Subscriptions” button on the top of the site.  Follow the simple two step process of selecting your Delivery Frequncy (how often you would like your coffee shipped to you) and then adding your shipping and billing information. Sit back, relax and we will automatically ship you your favorite coffees based on your requirements. 

Can I setup multiple Subscriptions (Recurring Orders)?

Yes, you can setup as many Subscriptions as you would like with various Delivery Frequencies and shipping addresses.

Can I add items to an existing Subscription?

Yes, find the items you would like to add to your Subcription and when you click “Add to Subscription” you will be given an option to add that item to an existing Subscription or create a new Subscription.  If you have multiple Subscriptions setup you will be given the option to choose between your various Subscriptions. Additionally, you can manage and edit all your Subscriptions by hovering your mouse over the “My Subscriptions” button or clicking on “Subscriptions” in the “My Account” drop down menu.

Can I cancel or change my Subscription?

You can pause or change your subscription orders at anytime.  

NOTE: Even after pausing a subscription and removing items from your subscription, the subscription shopping cart will stay active, but show it as “Paused”.  This will allow you to easily start your subscription in the future.
