Should you feel the need to return an item within the first 30 days of receiving it, you will be eligible for a full refund (minus shipping and handling costs). Please let us know that you would like to return an item by selecting either of the following methods:

View your order details and click on “Return Item”
or “Request a Replacement”
In the case that you receive incorrect items, or your items have been damaged during shipping and delivery - please let us know via either option 1 or 2 above.
Our Customer Service will take appropriate action, including but not limited to: order reshipment, return shipment of incorrect item, reimbursement, or refund and cancellation. In this instance, we will cover the shipping and handling costs.
NOTE: If you return items without requesting a replacement/ return online or contacting Customer Service first, we may not be able to assist you.
